Kabul: At least 56 Taliban militants were killed and 17 others injured in Afghanistan during a clearing operation by the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF).
According to the country's Defence Ministry, the ANDSF cleared the Herat-Pashton Zarghon highway from Taliban in preemptive operations.
