Jalalabad: Several people were hurt when a blast occurred close to the money exchange market in Afghanistan's Jalalabad city on Tuesday, media reports said.
The blast reportedly took place at around 2:00 local time.
Local sources in the province with knowledge of the incident told Khaama Press that at least 9 people, all of whom were civilians, were severely injured and were taken to the hospital.
No group took responsibility for the incident.
