Kabul: Taliban insurgents allegedly caught and gunned down an Afghan police chief recently.
A video of the incident has now gone viral on social media.
In the video, the police chief General Haji Mullah Achakzai could be seen handcuffed and two men are discussing in the background.
As the captive awaits his fate, a clicking sound appearing to be of a gun being loaded can be heard, reports Metro.
The police chief was believed to have detained by the Taliban after they took over the area near the Turkmenistan border.

Gen Achakzai, who was in his early 60s, was a staunch enemy of the Taliban and had fought against the group during the country’s decades long conflict, reports Metro.
