Kabul: At least two people, including the deputy governor of Kabul, Mahbubullah Muhibbi, were killed in a blast in the national capital on Tuesday morning.
The other deceased was identified as his secretary.
Two of Mahbubullah Muhibbi's bodyguards were also wounded.

The blast took place around 9:40 am in Kabul's Macroryan 4 area in the city's PD9 when an IED that was placed on the vehicle exploded, a police statement said.
No group, including the Taliban, has claimed responsibility for the blast so far.
