Moscow (Sputnik/UNI) A Mi-8 transport helicopter crashed in Ukraine's northwestern Rivne region, leaving four crew members killed, the Ukrainian Ground Forces said.
"As a result of an air catastrophe, according to preliminary data, four crew members, including the commander of the 16th aviation brigade of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (Brody, Lviv region), were killed," the Ground Forces wrote on Facebook.
The statement added that the helicopter went off the radar late on Wednesday.
