Video Cuba tries to help diffuse North Korea's nuclear threat

The North Korean nuclear crisis has taken a latin twist, with Cuba emerging as a potential dealmaker between Pyongyang and the west. Havana, which is against nuclear weapons, hosted the rogue state's foreign minister on Friday. Joel Labi reports.
