Kabul, Sep 15 (JEN): The militants of Islamic State in Afghanistan have beheaded two civilians on espionage charges, local Khaama Press reported.
The incident took place in Kunar province of the country.
The militants said that the two persons were guilty of spying on them on behalf of the government.
However, Provincial Governor Wahidullah Kalimzai trashed the allegations, while confirming the reports of death.
