Langley,Canada: At least three people, including the shooter, were killed in a six-hour shooting rampage early Monday morning in the suburban Vancouver-area community of Canada's Langley city, media reports said.
"In the early morning hours of July 25, 2022, the Langley RCMP responded to multiple shootings in the Township of Langley and City of Langley. The Lower Mainland Emergency Response Team (ERT) also responded. A total of four people were shot," he Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) said in a statement.
"Two died at separate scenes, one woman is in critical condition and the other man had non-life threatening injuries," read the statement.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) said it continues to investigate with the support of the Langley RCMP and the Integrated Forensic Identification Section (IFIS).
The suspect was identified as 28-year old Jordan Daniel Goggin.
"Jordan Daniel Goggin is from Surrey and was known to police but had non-criminal contact. Jordan Daniel Goggin was engaged by police and shot where he died at scene. The Independent Investigations Office (IIO) is investigating the police shooting," read the statement.
