Washington: Following the fatal shooting in Florida's Parkland, which killed 17 people and injured 14 others, American President Donald Trump has ordered all US flags to be flown at half-staff even as questions are being raised if the tragedy could have been avoided if the shooter's YouTube video of last year was taken seriously or a gun control law had been implemented in the country where such shootings are occurring with chilling regularity. Nikolas Cruz, the allgeged gunman now in custody, was an expelled student who had reportedly claimed on a YouTube video that he is a professional school shooter now.    more
