Video No more rain, but Illinois Gov. says flooding will get worse

Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner says although it's not raining in parts of Illinois, the state is bracing for more flooding as swollen rivers reach their crest. The floods have left massive damage and affected around 6800 buildings. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
