Video Haley says North Korea's leader in 'state of paranoia'

After North Korea launched its latest ballistic missile, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, in an interview with ABC News, said this incident was a result of North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un's 'state of paranoia'. Colette Luke reports.
