Video S.Africa's Durban turns its back on 'crime and grime'

Durban's beaches attract many tourists but its city centre has long been neglected -- with abandoned buildings taken over by gangs. The municipality has embarked on a journey to turn its back on "crime and grime" and 'islands' dedicated to arts and business are emerging. But critics say it will take years to join these areas into a vibrant, safe city centre.
