Video Prayers are 'not going to stop the next shooting': Kelly, Giffords

Mark Kelly, husband of former U.S. Rep. Gabby Giffords who was shot in 2011, urged Congress and the White House to pass gun prevention legislation following Sunday's shooting attack in Las Vegas that killed at least 58 people.
