Tokyo: Representatives from Hong Kong, Tibet, Xinjiang, Taiwan, Mongolia and Japan demonstrated outside the Chinese Embassy in Tokyo on Thursday.
The representatives criticised China’s alleged human rights violations within the country and in Hong Kong.
"The imposition of the Chinese language in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was also brought up, along with the imposition of the draconian National Security Law in Hong Kong, the expansion of labour camps in Tibet and the continued crackdown in Xinjiang," a protester said.
There have been widespread demonstrations and protests taking place in several nations in recent times over China's aggressive stance.
China has also earned global wrath over the supposed origin of COVID-19 virus in Wuhan region of the country.
