Syrian citizen Rania Mustafa Ali braved all odds and filmed her entire journey, from Syria to Vienna, giving the netizens a glimpse into what goes on when a Syrian decides to become a 'migrant'.

Produced and directed by Anders Somme Hammer, the film was exclusively released by The Guardian.
It showed Rania taking up the offer by a Norwegian man of leaving Kobane, Syria, for a better life in Europe.
In slides that followed, the 20-year old filmed locations that were used by the ISIS, sneering at some of the graffiti they drew on the wall.

In one such sequence, she questions ISIS' morality, asking the outfit if the meaning of Islam actually meant bloodshed and massacre of innocents.
Through her several stops, the girl experience bitter-sweet moments, including uniting with a friend she met in Raqqa and surviving a capsizing of a boat, which carried triple the amount of passengers than the permissible limit.

The ending however was happy as she finally managed to escape to Vienna and live to tell her tale.
