At least 15 worshippers were killed after a blast occurred inside the Imam Zaman Mosque at Pul-i-Khumri city in Afghanistan's Baghlan province on Friday.
"Afghanistan’s Shia and Hazara population targeted once more inside a place of worship," a source told IBNS.
According to reports, the blast occurred during Friday prayers.
Baghlan Information and Culture Department Director Mustafa Hashemi said 17 people were injured in the blast.
Hashemi told Tolo News that some of the injured people were transferred to Kunduz Hospital for treatment.
