Kabul: An unknown Afghan National Army (ANA) forces officer was killed by unknown gunmen in country's Kabul city, media reports said on Sunday.
Tariq Arian, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior (MoI), told Khaama Press that unknown gunmen assassinated an officer of the Afghan army in the 12th district of the city earlier today.
Arian further added that the gunmen opened fire on Afghan Army officers, killing one of them and wounding another officer.
Security forces have started investigating the incident.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
