Kabul: Suspected Taliban terrorists have killed five Afghanistan soldiers and took eight others as captives during a clash in northern Kunduz province of Afghanistan, media reports said.
The incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday night.
The fighting started at 11pm local time in Khan Abad district after the Taliban attacked security check points, the sources told Khaama Press.
Local security officials told the news agency that the Taliban also sustained casualties, without providing numbers.
