IGBC pre-certifies Primarc's 'Southwinds' as Silver-rated green home
Kolkata, Jun 12 (JEN): Another feather in the cap for east India's leading real estate group in, Primarc, as its 'Southwinds' residential project in Kolkata has been awarded with a pre-certified 'Silver' rating for its construction by Indian Green Building Council.

Previously, Primarc's 'Astitva' residential project has been awarded with a pre-certified ‘Gold’ rating in the 'Green Building' segment in CREDAI awards 2015.

After a residential project's scheme is submitted to IGBC, it calculates the points on the basis of its credentials to be called as a 'Green Home' and then provides the pre-certificate for rating. The credentials depends on the project's location, budget, branding of organization and willingness to be eco-friendly.

Southwinds' construction offers pile foundation for durability and stability and earthquake resistant RCC superstructure.
