A giant sign thanking U.S. President Donald Trump appeared on a Tel Aviv beach on Monday, ahead of his visit to Israel following the latest ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas.
The display, featuring two blue stripes and Stars of David resembling the Israeli flag, carried the words “Thank You” and “Home” written in both English and Hebrew.
Trump’s aircraft, Air Force One, reportedly flew over the beach sign before landing at Ben Gurion Airport.
During his stay, Trump is expected to meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and families of the hostages recently freed under the truce.

Earlier on Monday, Hamas released the first seven of 20 hostages as part of the ceasefire deal, officials said.
The hostages — held in Gaza for nearly two years — were handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) before being transferred to Israeli forces. The remaining captives are expected to be released later in the day.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) identified the seven freed hostages as Eitan Mor, Alon Ohel, Ziv Berman, Gali Berman, Guy Gilboa-Dalal, Omri Miran, and Matan Angrest.
