Video WFP funding warning as S.Sudan refugees flood into Uganda

Since July 2016, more than 600,000 people have fled the escalating conflict and now famine in South Sudan into Uganda, according to the World Food Programme. The WFP is providing food and temporary shelter for the refugees -- but warns that funding has not kept pace with the flood of new arrivals.
