Video Pence says 'all options are on the table' for North Korea

A day after North Korea's most recent attempt to launch a rocket, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence visits the demilitarized border between North and South Korea, saying 'all options are on the table' when it comes to dealing with an increasingly belligerent Pyongyang. Graham Mackay reports.
