Video 15 countries, two U.S. states to eliminate coal by 2030

An alliance of countries and American states at the Bonn climate conference say they'll support each other to eliminate coal usage within 13 years, while the U.S. federal government pushes a so-called "clean coal" agenda instead. Matthew Larotonda reports.
