Security forces killed at least two terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan District of Pakistan on Sunday.
According to ISPR, the security forces conducted the operation on the suspected presence of terrorists, ARY News reported.
During the conduct of the operation, an intense fire exchange took place between own troops and terrorists, and resultantly two terrorists Faheem Nawaz alias Andapuri and Mohsin Nawaz were killed, the news channel reported.
Security forces recovered weapons, ammunition and explosives from them.
Sanitization operation is currently ongoing.
