Kabul: An IED blast in Afghanistan capital Kabul city left Mahbubullah Muhibbi, deputy governor of the city, and his secretary killed, media reports said on Wednesday.
The blast took place around 9:40am local time in the Macroryan 4 area in Kabul's PD9 on Tuesday when an IED that was placed on the vehicle exploded , Tolo News reported quoting Kabul Police statement.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
