Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk on Sunday announced that social media platform X recorded its highest-ever usage amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, marking a historic milestone for the company.
Musk shared the update while responding to a post by X product manager Nikita Bier, who said the platform experienced its largest traffic surge on Saturday.
Reacting to the post, Musk wrote: “Highest usage of ? ever.”
The announcement came as global attention remained fixed on the intensifying Middle East crisis following military strikes by Israel and the United States on Iran.
Millions of users turned to X to seek real-time updates and share information as the situation unfolded. Tensions escalated further after Iran launched missiles and drones targeting several countries in the region, including the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.
