Kabul, Aug 29 (JEN): At least one person was killed and eight others sustained injuries after an explosion rocked Kabul's Massoud Square on Tuesday morning, media reports said.
The reports quoted Afghanistan's Ministry of Interior spokesperson Najib Danish as saying that the blast happened at the entrance to a Kabul Bank branch, not far from the US embassy.
Buildings in the area were also damaged due to the blast.
No group has claimed responsibility so far.
