A couple from the UK were removed from EasyJet flight after they were caught performing a sexual act minutes after the plane took off, media reports said.
The couple were identified as Bradley Smith and Antonia Sullivan.
The couple were flying back to Bristol on March 3 aboard a packed 7am easyJet flight – with Smith, 22, sat in seat 16A and Sullivan, 20, in 16B, reported The Sun.
They reportedly went to Tenerife, Spain, to spend their holiday together.
According to reports, three passengers had seen the couple engaging in the act. However, the passenger who was sitting in 16C informed the crew about the couple.
During the court hearing over the incident, Prosecutor Maree Doyle told Bristol magistrates’ court as quoted by The Sun: "After a few minutes the witness was aware that the couple had re-arranged some coats over Smith’s lap and there followed vigorous hand movements beneath the coat."
“The witness sitting next to them could see what was happening while a mother and teenage daughter sitting behind the couple could also see what was going on," Doyle said.
The couple pleaded guilty in the court to one count of outraging public decency by committing a sexual act in a public place.
Sentencing the couple, Judge Lynne Matthews told The Sun: “You had no regard for the feelings of other passengers."
During the hearing, Smith was handed over 300 hours of community work and Sullivan, a full-time care worker, got 270 hours.
