Lagos: Unidentified gunmen killed at least 11 people in Nigeria's Kaduna state on Sunday, media reports said.
Samuel Aruwan, the state's commissioner for internal security and home affairs, told Xinhua in a statement that the gunmen attacked a village in the Zango Kataf local government area in the early hours of Sunday.
During the attack, thirty houses were set on fire.
The survivors were sent to hospital for treatment.
Search and rescue operation is currently going on.
