The property has lost sheen but its swimming pool and spa appear well-maintained.
A the propert was rented out by Ibrahim, and by 2010, it was used to shoot pornographic movies, the report informed.
Ibrahim was one of 56 children born to Saudi Arabian construction tycoon Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, who had 22 wives.
Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden was the patriarch of the bin Laden clan — a family with decades of business relations with Al Saud royals.
Back in the ’60s, the luxurious property was owned by golden age Hollywood producer Arthur Freed, who earned fame for productions “Singin’ in the Rain” and “The Wizard of Oz.”
