Nadacia Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently looking to recruit a talented professional for the role of Project Manager. Are you an experienced project manager who is willing to work on social housing and clean energy transition projects among others? Then this consultancy role is for you!?
Qualifications:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in development studies, organization development, business management, social science or related fields with
minimum of 5 years experience in Project management
Project management skills
Knowledge and experience in project design and management
Experience in proposal development and grant writing
Operational and financial management skills
M&E and MEAL knowledge
Skills in facilitation of project partners and stakeholders
Coordination skills
Responsibilities:
Project monitoring and evaluation (MEAL);
Project planning and Execution;
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines;
Conduct thorough assessments to identify project risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies;
Effectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations to team members and stakeholders;
Coordinate project activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, materials, and equipment;
Procure necessary resources at the most cost-effective terms, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary guidelines;
Contract Administration and Vendor Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution;.
Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project, fostering productive working relationships;.
Maintain effective and open communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and milestones;.
Conduct regular status meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment among team members.
