Manager Foundations in Bonn or Berlin

The position is to be filled as soon as possible with an unlimited contract duration. Employment location will be Bonn or Berlin, Germany. In coordination with your Team Lead, working from home is possible at any time.

Our goal #zerohunger can only be achieved with many partners & supporters - foundations are important partners to achieve high impact. As Manager Foundations, you will maintain relationships with existing foundation partners and reach out for new foundations to support us in our fight against hunger and poverty.

Your responsibilities

As Manager Foundations, you will

• Be the focal point for a portfolio of Welthungerhilfe's foundation partners
• Create offers for foundations in cooperation with our international offices
• Plan and further develop the cooperation with foundation partners
• Identify congresses, events and networks in order to establish contacts with foundations
• Manage the production of project reports and other publications to support and attract foundations
• Ensure the smooth running of administrative and contractual processes relevant to foundation cooperation

Your profile

• A university or polytechnic degree or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience e.g. in marketing, sales, in a foundation or NGO
• Independent, proactive working style
• Very good spoken and written German and English language skills
