State of Health Turkey reports 2,131 more COVID-19 cases, 112,261 in total

Ankara/Xinhua: Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca has confirmed 2,131 new COVID-19 cases and 95 more deaths in Turkey.
The total number of confirmed cases in Turkey has increased to 112,261, while the death toll surged to 2,900, Koca tweeted on Monday.
Turkey conducted 20,143 tests for the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of tests carried out to 918,885, he added.
In addition, 33,791 patients have recovered from COVID-19, while 1,736 are being treated at intensive care units and 882 are intubated, the minister said.
Turkey reported its first COVID-19 case on March 11.
