Kyiv/UNI/Sputnik: Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday that the responsibility for the deaths in Ukraine lies with Western countries, as they refuse to close the airspace over the country and provide planes.
Zelensky said that for 13 days, Ukraine has been hearing "only promises" from the West to send planes to provide assistance in the sky.
The blame for the death of people in Ukraine lies with Russia, and the responsibility for this lies with Western countries as well.
"Responsibility for this is also on those who have not been able to make a decision for thirteen days, somewhere in the West, somewhere in the offices, an obviously necessary decision," he said in a video address.
