Kabul: Unknown men on Friday set a mosque on fire in Afghanistan's Dorbaba district on Friday, media reports said.
Nangarhar governor’s spokesman, Attaullah Khogyani told Pajhwok Afghan News that the mosque was torched in Sur Kandaw area of Dorbaba district.
Copies of the Holy Quran were also burnt during the fire, Khogyani told the Afghanistan based news agency.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
