Purpose of the function

As Regional Strategic Education Advisor of VVOB’s Gender Transformative Pedagogy (GTP) initiative in the Regional Facility for Teachers in Africa (RFTA) you contribute to the ambition and values of VVOB by being the key person on Scaling GTP initiatives in Africa. You provide technical and strategic advice and guidance on this domain within VVOB and outside.

Reporting to the Regional Technical Lead based in Kenya, you work in close collaboration with the Global and Regional Strategic Advisors and Regional Coordinator, and VVOB regional and country teams.

A full-time local contract (in Kenya, South Africa or Rwanda) until September 2026.
