Association SOS Children’s Villages Uzbekistan is calling for proposal for external mid-term evaluation from highly qualified individual consultants or consulting companies, with experience in project/programme evaluation and expertise in the following technical areas: human development, child rights, child protection, social work, and education.

Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
The range of task that would typically be expected from an evaluation consultant is:
- Develop evaluation methodology including identify/develop appropriate data gathering instruments;
- Conduct secondary data review;
- Conduct the evaluation in accordance with the terms of reference;
- Manage and represent evaluation team and ensure efficient division of tasks between the team members (in case of group of consultants);
- Present evaluation findings and recommendations at meeting with stakeholders;
- Be responsible for timely submission of evaluation reports.
