Greenpeace International (GPI) is seeking two creative and determined Global Campaign Strategists to work with the Climate and Energy campaign.

They are full-time positions initially for one year, with a view to extend in the future. We would prefer candidates to be based in any established Greenpeace Office in the regions of Asia-Pacific or the Americas.

There has never been a more exciting time to work with Greenpeace, as we catalyse transformative change through people-powered campaigning, joining hands with other movements and stakeholders.

Help us write the next chapter of the story, drawing on an established record of taking non-violent direct action based on respected science, mind-opening communications and precedent-setting legal action, carried by the long reach of our ships and so much more.

Do you have a track record of winning high-ambition campaigns? Can you inspire and mentor people from diverse backgrounds to change our broken economic system and move toward more inclusive and creative societies?

We are seeking two outstanding global strategists to join the Climate & Energy campaign, ideally with experience with energy systems and a focus around renewable energy and/or a passion for creative storytelling, communications and engaging various audiences. This is a rare opportunity to apply all your experience and intellect to a truly worthwhile challenge. With only a few years left to shift the trajectory of our energy systems, it’s up to us to inspire people to participate in sparking enormous changes.

Working with Greenpeace International’s Climate & Energy core team, you would help to tell the global story and vision for our work. You would also identify new opportunities for campaigns around the world, prepare the groundwork for national offices to take action in new areas while simultaneously strengthening existing ones, and intensively collaborate with national offices. You would play a key role in enabling Climate & Energy campaigners, mobilizers, communicators and fundraisers around the world to create a green and peaceful future.

Interested? We would love to meet you!
