New Delhi/: Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa has slammed Pakistan PM Imran Khan on Tuesday over pro-Khalistan leader and Hafiz Saeed-aide Gopal Chawla's alllegation that land in Nankana Sahib belonging to Guru Nanak Dev was being grabbed by the rich by paying money and there was a collusion with the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) of Pakistan.

The board is in charge of educational, charitable or religious trusts which have been left behind in the country by Hindus and Sikhs.

"Lands belonging to Gurdwara Sahibs are sold to Rich & Mighty of Pak as part of a well-planned strategy to take over worship places of minority Sikhs Gopal Chalwa has exposed atrocities & misuse of land by ETPB Officials; would PM @ImranKhanPTI  take some action? @thetribunechd," Sirsa tweeted.

Gopal Chawla, who is also a close aide of Jamaat ud Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed, has alleged the land in Nankana Sahib that belongs to Guru Nanak Dev was being grabbed by the rich by paying money and there was a collusion by ETPB of Pakistan.

He claimed that that authorities have remained silent despite repeated complaints made against the misuse of the land.

He even claimed that the ETPB of Pakistan has been aiding and shielding rich people who have encroached the land of Gurudwara Nakana Sahib.

He even alleged that ETPB chairman Aamer Ahmed is colluding with the land grabbers.

"I had made a humble request that in Nankana Sahib there is full loot (of land) and I had given proof to Aamer sahib that a lot of atrocities are taking place. Rich people who can give Rs 2 lakh, Rs 3 lakh, Rs 4 lakh, Rs 5 lakh, they are getting their houses made and the poor who have to build on two marla, three marla, there is no law for them," he was quoted as saying by ANI.

"The small people, who cannot give the money, is there no law for them? Will the land belonging to Guru Nanak will be given to the rich and not poor. The rights of the poor in Nankana Sahib are being crushed by those who can pay Rs 4 lakh, Rs 5 lakh," he said.
