Islamabad: Unidentified people destroyed a telecommunications tower, which belonged to the China Mobile Pakistan, in a northwestern tribal district of Pakistan, media reports said.

Police told RFE/RL on Nov 5 that the tower in the restive North Waziristan district was destroyed by explosives.
