1. Collect information and collaborate in drafting the monthly economic report for the General Director and the Board of Directors.
2. Write and format presentation documents.

Participate in and organize department projects and events
1. Manage the organization of HR highlights.
2. Provide support to HR on substantive issues.
3. Implement anti-terrorism prevention processes for employees.
4. Participate in the management of social dialogue.
Ensure the updating and monitoring of HR management tools
1. Monitor the department's budget, be proactive and alert you to malfunctions.
2. Follow up and alert HR service managers about the monthly indicators.
3. Prepare the compiled table and transmit it to the Executive Committee.
Provide support to HR in the management of IRPs
1. Collect the needs of the IRPs and transmit them to HR.
2. Provide support to the HR Director and the GSP Service Manager in the management of IRPs (CE/DP).
3. Organize quarterly meetings for the CHSCT.
4. Provide support to HR on litigation files.
Ensure internal communication
1. Design and update organizational charts.
2. Disseminate communication from HR to headquarters and field employees.
3. Organize internal ACF events.
YOUR PROFILE
Coming from training in Management Assistantship or general training in Human Resources, you have significant experience in one of these fields.
You are particularly competent in the coordination of calendar and message management tools, as well as in the organization and coordination of events.
You are proficient in the use of writing techniques. You are capable of analyzing and producing summary documents, as well as ensuring confidentiality in your work.
You know how to listen, communicate effectively orally and adapt your communication style in order to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
Motivated by the humanitarian sector, you are also organized and rigorous and you know how to manage priorities. You are responsive and proactive.
Working in an international environment, a good level of English and French is necessary, both written and oral.
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Location : Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
• Remuneration :
1. From €33K to €38K gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
2. Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
