• To draft, and manage the submission of, funding proposals;
• To assist staff in ensuring compliance with funding agreements;
• To manage the preparation and timely submission of progress and project reports to donors;
• To develop and maintain CCR's donor database;
• To monitor and evaluate the outcomes of CCR's fundraising activities; and
• To contribute to managing the general administrative and financial requirements of the cluster.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Politics, International Relations, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
• Two to five years' experience in fundraising and drafting of funding proposals;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Knowledge and experience of managing databases; and
• Computer literacy, i.e., Microsoft Office and the internet.

• Knowledge and experience of monitoring and evaluation (M&E);
• Experience of working in an NGO; and
• A driver's licence and own transport.
