We are looking for an inspirational leader, communicator and manager who to drives growth and deliver high quality and technically expert programmes, as well as fronting some of our most important organisational relationships.

The Country Director, Ethiopia will play a key role within Farm Africa’s global senior management team and will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for Farm Africa’s Ethiopian country programme, in line with our global strategy.

You will have a successful track record of working at Country Director level within the INGO sector and will have a strong understanding of donor environments, working closely with communities, government and the private sector. You will have lived and worked in sub-Saharan Africa, have excellent hands-on programme, financial, strategic and human resource management experience. Exceptional multi-tasking, networking, relationship-building and financial management skills are pre-requisites.
