Consultancy - WASH Baseline Assessment/Survey

Ghana Red Cross Society (GRCS) is a member of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (IFRC) and was established in Ghana by an Act of Parliament (Act 10 of 1958) to contribute to the development of humanity especially the poor, vulnerable and marginalized populations.

GRCS with funding from Swiss Red Cross (SRC) is planning to carry out a baseline assessment/survey to inform the implementation an integrated water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) project in selected districts of the Upper East Region in the Republic of Ghana. The project is expected to contribute to the reduction of maternal and infant mortality in the selected districts by 2020 through implementation of WASH related interventions to the target communities.

The assignment shall include working with partners outside the Red Cross Movement including, but not limited to the Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA), Ghana Education Service (GES), Ghana Health Service (GHS) among others.

We are seeking for experienced consultants or firms to conduct baseline survey for the intended WASH project.

Interested consultants will be required to submit both their Technical and Financial proposals by close of business 18th January, 2019
