The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at Muskan and its functioning centers (3 at present), including the overall management of all staff to ensure the efficient delivery of consistent services to beneficiaries. A focus of this position will be on the establishment and documentation of systems and procedures for all aspects of the Foundation and its functions.
The manager will be responsible to over see the functions in the following areas:
- Fundraising
- Human Resources, admin and accounts
- Marketing & Communications
The job will include travelling and co-ordinating between the 3 centres of Muskan in Bandra, Goregaon and Lower Parel (All easily accessible by local trains). 
Work timing: Mon to Fri (9 am to 5 pm); 2nd, 4th and 5th Sat (9 am to 5 pm)
Remuneration offered: Rs. 30,000 - 35,000 (as per experience)
