There has never been a more exciting time to work with Greenpeace, as we catalyse transformative change through people-powered campaigning, joining hands with other movements and stakeholders.

We are seeking an outstanding Global Finance Campaigner, with knowledge of the financial sector, climate change and energy, and ideally experience in campaigning, to join an experienced team of global climate and energy campaigners, researchers and communication professionals.

This is a rare opportunity to apply all your experience and intellect to a truly worthwhile challenge. With only a few years left to shift the trajectory of our energy systems, it’s up to us to inspire people to participate in sparking enormous changes.

The position is available immediately for a year, with a clear possibility for the extension of the role beyond the year. The preferred location for this position is the Asia-Pacific region. Other locations, with an established Greenpeace Office will be considered for the right applicant.

The global finance campaigner will work with a wide range of organisations and other partners, as well as regional teams across key countries and Greenpeace offices (for e.g. including Japan, Southeast Asia, Europe and the US).

He/ she would be actively involved and responsible in supporting the development and implementation of impactful finance strategies and campaigns that contribute towards shifting investments away from fossil fuels and in support of a clean energy transition.
